We are mirrors, aren’t we? We unconsciously become what we see. We instantly imbibe what we look at…we look at a person crying and we feel sad; we watch comedy shows and laugh… when we look at nothing, we feel nothing. So, to feel anything we need to look at something. Since something or the other always surrounds us, where do we find ‘nothing’? The sky. Sky is ‘nothing’…it's infinite, with no beginning, no end, no form… just simple ‘nothingness’. So, it follows, that if we just look at the sky, a cloudless sky, we would be looking at nothing. And if we stop thinking about anything else and just focus on the sky, we will absorb the nothingness, the emptiness…we will be in meditation…
